The march toward mandatory e-filing of new cases and e-filing documents in existing cases is progressing throughout the state. For cases filed in Vigo County, voluntary e-filing will begin on Friday, May 26, 2017, and mandatory e-filing will commence on Tuesday, July 25, 2017.
The Indiana Supreme Court’s website contains valuable information to help court staff, attorneys and others involved in the filing of documents navigate the e-filing world which is new to many.
